How we handle your details.

This website is a sales site. It does not hold client matters. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form.

What we collect

• Your name, firm or organisation, email address, and your message.
• Optionally: phone number, role and country.
• Which option you chose (for example, South African or international firm, and the modules you are interested in).
• The time you consented to us storing your details.

We do not store your IP address with your enquiry, and the site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish to proceed, to prepare a specification and quote. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

The people at Terminal Velocity AI who respond to enquiries. Your enquiry is stored in a database on our own server and a notification is sent to our internal mailbox through our own mail relay.

Cookies

One strictly necessary security cookie (lt_csrf) is set when you open the contact form. It protects the form against forgery and expires after two hours.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and keep a reasonable business record of it. You may ask us at any time to delete it.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to us processing it. Email douglasbailey@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
